Room to let at the best part of Szeged, starting from September, for a university student girl. The flat is close to the center, and the university. Spacious room with balcony. The room is HUGE, 4x5 meters ( 20 m2), with a small (~2 m2) balcony, looking at a nice silent garden, with trees.

The appartement is 5 minutes away from the centre, and its super close to the followings : the riverside, the swimming pool, the park (Liget).
There is a shop 20 meters away that is open on sunday as well. 200 meters away there is a big shop where you can find everything. I have attached a picture, where You can see, that its easy to find everything in a short walking distance. Pizzeria, restaurants, cigarette shop, small shops, big shops, swimming pools, and practicly everything.

In your room there is 3 big cupboards, where you can put your clothes and stuff. There is a desk, whit an office chair, for your calm university studies, and I also provide you with speakers so that You can listen to your music. There is TV, thus cable tv can be introduced,. In the room there is a big bed, 2x1.6 m2. It can transformed into a couch.

There is internet in the flat.

The bathroom has been remade 1 month ago, beautiful new, clean showering cabin.
The kitchen has everything you need: fridge, oven, micro wave, washing machine, toaster, sandwich maker, water boiler.

There is also a big table with 3 chairs.

All the windows were replaced a year ago, with new energy-efficient windows that helps reducing heating costs significantly.

There is a closable bike storage room downstairs.

Belvároshoz és egyetemhez közel, Szeged legjobb részén tágas szoba erkéllyel kiadó egyetemista lánynak szeptembertől.

A lakás 5 perc sétára van a belvárostól, és közvetlen közelében van a tiszapart ( Lapos, Partfürdő, Napfényfürdő ), a Sportuszoda, és a liget. 20 méterre van egy vasárnap is nyitva lévő kisbolt, és 200 méterre egy nagy Spar.

Internet van, kábel tévé igény esetén megrendelhető.
